●电磁流量计的特点 Characteristics of electromagnetic flowmeter
21. 设备起吊装置 Lifting device
◎其传感器结构简单，工作可靠。
●适用于小泵或者提篮式格栅 Suitable for small pump or basket type grille ◎水头损失小，仅是测量管内的沿程水头损失，且不易堵塞，电耗少。
◎无机械惯性，反应灵敏，可以测量脉动流量，流量范围大，低负荷亦可测量，输出信号与流量成线性关系；
测量精度约为 ±1.5%。
◎安装方便，重量轻，体积小，占地小。

●安装注意事项 Installation notes

◎环境温度：-25~60℃范围内；
◎相对湿度在 10%~90% 范围内
◎避免阳光直射和高温场所
◎避免电磁场干扰，远离大电器设备，如发动机、变压器等
◎为了保证测量精度，流量计前端要有一定长度直管段，900 弯头、T 形管、同心异径管、全开闸阀后，需
要离电极中心线 5 倍管路直径的直管；不同开度的阀则需要 10 倍于直径的管段。流量计后端直管段为 2~3 倍于
直径的长度。
◎对于地下埋设的管道，流量计应安装在阀门井（预制井筒或现浇混凝土）内，上有盖板，并防止水的浸泡。
◎为了避免信号干扰，流量计的电源线和信号线应分别穿在两根不同套管内，信号线必须采用有接地保护作
用的钢管。
◎在流量计下游应安装伸缩接头，便于维护拆装。
